Michaela Junglingova
THERAPEUTIC LIFE COACH
LET GO OF CONSTANTLY FEELING BROKEN AND NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
IS
THIS
YOU?
CEO OF SELF-DEVELOPMENT
You’re the CEO of self-development books, always looking for the next thing to fix yourself, to finally be enough
ROMANTIC IDEALIST
You have a history of being in situationships or find it hard to sit with the idea of being without a romantic relationship, always yearning for connection and the hope of "the one.
APPROVAL CHASER
You’re deeply afraid of failure or disapproval, leading you to either delay pursuing your work, dreams, and goals—or overwork yourself in a relentless quest for perfection
LONE
PROVIDER
You pride yourself on being fiercely independent, meeting all your own needs and proving time and again that you don’t need anyone else to rely on, but this leaves you isolated, resentful and exhausted.
IMAGINE THIS
You feel an undeniable inner peace as you finally let all parts of yourself exist without constantly pushing them away or hiding them from others.
You speak your truth with confidence, and those old patterns of people-pleasing and overgiving no longer run the show. You don’t beg for love.
You no longer punish yourself for being emotional, having needs, wanting love, or caring deeply for others. You’ve realized you are not broken. You are not unlovable.
You’re setting boundaries with ease, feeling braver than ever before to say no and express your needs. You’re no longer being taken advantage of.
YOU FEEL FREE. SO SECURE. IT FEELS LIKE HOME.
I SEE YOU ...
You always see yourself as the problem and believe you just need to find THE ONE answer to get fixed.
You shut down a lot and push people away or get attached to the idea of being chosen, being loved to save you from feeling not good enough.
You struggle to say no and tend to sacrifice your own needs for others, and the over-commitment to everything else makes you feel unimportant, insignificant and resentful.
You feel stuck, paralysed, isolated and lonely, hopeless, helpless, depressed and/or anxiety rules your life.
My name is Michaela Junglingova
I’m a therapeutic life coach who helps women with a history of self-abandonment—often expressed through emotional eating, se, and struggles with boundaries—find unconditional acceptance and inner trust. My goal is to guide clients toward a sense of peace and contentment within themselves.
My approach is IFS-informed, client-led, and deeply compassionate, rooted in creating safety and trust while healing through the Self. It combines the depth of therapeutic insight with the forward momentum of coaching, offering tools for self-connection and healing while empowering women to take meaningful steps toward living more authentically.
I’m passionate about helping women embrace all parts of themselves, even those they see as broken, so they no longer feel the need to change or fix themselves to be worthy. I envision a world where women trust their needs, intuition, and worth, allowing them to live unapologetically and authentically in their power.
