My name is Michaela Junglingova

I’m a therapeutic life coach who helps women with a history of self-abandonment—often expressed through emotional eating, se, and struggles with boundaries—find unconditional acceptance and inner trust. My goal is to guide clients toward a sense of peace and contentment within themselves.

 

My approach is IFS-informed, client-led, and deeply compassionate, rooted in creating safety and trust while healing through the Self. It combines the depth of therapeutic insight with the forward momentum of coaching, offering tools for self-connection and healing while empowering women to take meaningful steps toward living more authentically.

 

I’m passionate about helping women embrace all parts of themselves, even those they see as broken, so they no longer feel the need to change or fix themselves to be worthy. I envision a world where women trust their needs, intuition, and worth, allowing them to live unapologetically and authentically in their power.

How H. Transformed from Feeling Lost and Broken to Empowered and Connected Through

When H. first came to me, she was feeling lost, confused, stressed, and incredibly lonely. Despite having tried therapy before, she sensed she needed a different approach—one that could truly help her untangle the deep feelings of brokenness she was carrying.  

 

From the very beginning, we worked together to meet those feelings with compassion. As we explored her inner world, she began connecting with and understanding the many different parts of herself. Over time, she peeled back complex layers of emotion and belief, uncovering profound insights that transformed how she related to herself.  

 

This deep emotional work didn’t just stay internal; it became a foundation for navigating real-life challenges. She completed her master’s degree, moved to a new home, started a new job, and handled difficult relationships with more grace and clarity than she thought possible.  

 

She often told me how deeply seen and understood she felt in our sessions. My ability to articulate her emotions in a way that made sense gave her new perspectives and tools that felt personal and healing.  

 

Today, she’s in a completely different space—grounded, connected to herself, and equipped with tools that genuinely work for her. What started as a scary step into the unknown became one of the best and bravest decisions she’s ever made.

Independent moments of introspection designed to help you reconnect with the deepest part of your (Self). In these bi-weekly sessions, they’ll create space to pause, reflect, and align with your true and authentic Core Self. Drawing on the principles of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and therapeutic life coaching, these reflections invite you to explore your inner world with compassion, curiosity, presence and understanding.
